"Real World" grammar example

Crocker Science House
In this advertisement, the feature of the building ,"Beautiful architecture , classic interior, and fully furnished, quiet,comfortable living space."
The first three words are the characters of the building appearance while the rest of the sentences is providing information to the readers what living conditions they can get in the building. So, in this sentence, parallelism is use in a way to separate information rather than giving readers a strong and attractive sentences.
The other parallel sentence is "Crocker Science House traditions include activities that are intellectually enhancing, service oriented, and of course , fun."
This time, the words are not parallel in order to emphasize the last word- fun while the first two descriptions are solid in formation.

Peers Educating to and Rape
This notice is written in a list of parallelism form.
Each of the point started with a verb. This emphazize what you, the readers, will do in the meeting. The readers can easily get the information and get the strong idea of what to do in the meeting. Overall, using a list can make the notice sharp and clean.
